Terms Conditions
  1. This is a B2B site/company and will only supply to wholesalers/retailers/multiples or any other related businesses in pack quantities.
  2. All prices are VAT exclusive and will be added to all invoices.
  3. All orders placed with Everest Arts & Crafts('The Company') by yourselves('The Purchaser') or your representatives are subject to availability at the time of delivery and do not constitute part of the carriage paid order value if not available.
  4. All claims must be made within 48hours of receipt of the order to 'The Company' and also the carriers in writing. NO RETURN ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR CONSENT.
  5. Goods are not sold on a Sale or Return (SOR) basis.
  6. Faulty goods will only be repaid or exchanged at 'The Company's discretion and that, if only received in original clean packaging.
  7. No allowance is made for breakages in transit unless special instructions for insurance are received. You are advised to request insurance if the necessary.
  8. In the event of non-payment of account within the agreed terms from date of the invoice 'The Company' reserve the right to raise additional charges to cover cost of collection. A surcharge of 2.5% plus other charges (available on request) will be added at this stage, plus administrative, legal and other costs thereafter.
  9. All legal expenses incurred in debt collection will also be due from the 'The Purchaser' as will judicial interest at the going rate.
  10. In case of absence of instruction 'The Company' has the right to do as it deems fit.
  11. Orders above £300.00(subject to change without notice), subject to availability of goods, are carriage free. This provision is removed on invoices with offers, discounts, special orders, custom made orders and orders with furniture. Furniture orders must be £800.00 minimum, or a mix of 30:70, furniture:general at £550.00 to qualify for a carriage paid order.
  12. CLAUSE FOR RETENTION OF TITLE
    Upon delivery of any goods to the 'Purchaser' the risk shall pass but 'The Company' shall remain legal owner of them until such time as 'The Purchaser' shall have paid to 'The Company' the full price thereof and full price of any other goods the subject of any other contract of sale between 'The Purchaser' and 'The Company'. 'The Purchaser' acknowledges that until such time, 'The Purchaser' is in possession of the goods solely as bailee for 'The Company' and shall store the goods separately from his own goods in such a fashion so it can be readily identifiable by 'The Company'. Partners/Directors of the Purchasing company agree to be personally liable for the debts should 'The Purchaser' be unable to pay or cease to trade. In such an event the Title of the Goods can not be transferred to cover debts owed to other companies, organisations or institutions and remains the property of 'The Company'. You are advised to insure goods against ALL risks.
